The room was clean and tidy, with most essential items provided for a comfortable stay. The location was great, situated next to a beautiful river. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to relax by the water.
There were a few downsides to our experience. The hot tub was located quite far from the cabin, which made getting in and out a bit of a hassle.

riverside cabins in shrewsbury was even better than our previous stay! the comfy cabins had everything for self-catering, plus the hot tubs were a luxurious addition. loved the dog-friendly grounds, lovely riverbank seating, and kayaking options. would definitely come back!
Shower was a bit tricky.

The lodge had an amazing terrace with stunning views of the river. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the serene surroundings.
Personally, I found the dishwasher in the double room unnecessary. I preferred to wash my dishes by hand as it gave me a sense of satisfaction and mindfulness.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the modern cabins with high-quality fixtures and fittings, including a hot tub and outdoor furniture for relaxation. The attention to detail in the cabin facilities, such as the dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee machine, exceeded our expectations. The beautiful grounds and stunning views provided a serene and relaxed atmosphere. The owners were friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable without being intrusive.
Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.
